Hi, I am Krystal Drysdale. I am currently working toward my PhD in Agricultural Economics. I plan on graduating in May 2016.

Krystal Drysdale's Bio:

Krystal Drysdale has a background in the fields of business, biological and social sciences. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Missouri State University in 2008 and began her career in Advertising Sales & Marketing.   While the business world proved to be rewarding, it left little to engage her scientific interests. She returned to Missouri State and continued working towards an interdisciplinary Master's Degree in Natural & Applied Sciences to combine studies in economics and biological sciences.  As part of her cirriculum she was a volunteer Naturalist for the Missouri Department of Conservation and authored a whitepaper titled, "An Overview and Economic analysis of the Missouri Department of Conservation's Springfield Nature Center."  She graduated in 2011 with her additional thesis on fishery management titled, "Comparative High Water Temperature Effects of the White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV) and Yellow-head Virus (YHV) in Litopenaeus setiferous."  She is currently extending her studies to include further graduate work at Kansas State University where she has completed work for her second Master's in Economics in 2015 and maintains research interests and publications in topics of water policy management, sustainability and natural resource economics. She plans to graduate in 2016 with a PhD in Agricultural Economics.
